Safety Rules
Important Safety Rules
These guidelines are designed to help parents and participants ensure a fun and safe event. Whether you use our rental services or another provider, these tips are essential for maintaining safety and protecting the equipment.
No Silly String: Keep children from spraying silly string near or on the inflatable. It causes irreversible damage to the material. Failure to comply will result in significant charges to the renter.
No Sharp Objects: Ensure children do not enter the inflatable with sharp objects on their clothing or in their pockets, such as pens or belt buckles, to avoid puncturing the material.
No Food or Drinks: Prohibit children from bringing drinks, candy, gum, or lollipops into the inflatable to prevent choking hazards and reduce the risk of eye injuries. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this rule is ignored.
No Pets: Do not allow pets inside the inflatable, as their nails can permanently damage the material.
No Water on Dry Units: Avoid putting water on inflatables designed for dry use only. Doing so can result in serious injuries.
Always Supervise: Never leave children unsupervised in or near the inflatable.
Proximity to Power: Set up the inflatable within 100 feet of a power source to ensure adequate electricity for proper inflation.
Recommended Guidelines
Follow these tips to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience when renting an inflatable.
Confirm Cleaning Practices: Choose a rental service that cleans inflatables after each use with non-toxic solutions. Inquire about their cleaning standards and any cleanliness guarantees.
Ensure Accurate Orders: Verify that the service will deliver the exact inflatable you ordered. A mismatched theme, like receiving a Superman bounce house for a princess-themed party, can cause disappointment.
Verify Insurance Coverage: Confirm that the rental service is insured. Check if your homeowner’s insurance covers potential accidents, and confirm park insurance requirements if the event is at a public location. Ensure the service can add the park as an insured party if needed.
Look for Professionalism: Choose a service with friendly and professional staff. Evening pickups in your backyard should be handled by identifiable and courteous personnel.
Read the Contract Carefully: Review all rental agreements thoroughly before signing to understand rules, fees, and policies.
Measure the Setup Area: Ensure the designated space is large enough, including height clearance for tree branches or other obstructions, to avoid damage to the inflatable.
Clean the Area: Remove any pet waste from the path and setup area before the rental. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this step is overlooked.
